Softball Recap: La Quinta's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, La Quinta brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They came out on top against the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros on Monday by a score of 13-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). With that victory, the Aztecs brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Raellie Faatuga, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Savannah Halowell, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
