Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bridgman). They put the hurt on the Michigan Lutheran Titans with a sharp 17-3 victory on Monday. The Bees have beaten the Titans the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Titans has come to flipping the script.

Bridgman pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Michigan Lutheran, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bridgman will take on Fennville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bees are facing the Blackhawks at the right time seeing as the Blackhawks are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Michigan Lutheran, they will face off against Our Lady of the Lake Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Lakers have averaged an impressive 7.7 runs per game this season.
