Basketball Recap: Natrona County Victorious

Natrona County lost to Rock Springs back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Natrona County Mustangs skirted past the Rock Springs TIGERS 46-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted against the TIGERS since December 12, 2019.

Natrona County is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.6 points per game. As for Rock Springs, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Natrona County will head out on the road to face off against Kelly Walsh at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rock Springs, they will take on Riverton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
