Football Recap: Freedom Area Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Freedom Area, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They managed a 20-14 win over the Union Area Scotties on Friday. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 36-23 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Kaden Bailey was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 186 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 74 receiving yards and one TD.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Freedom Area was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 266 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

When it comes to explaining why Union Area lost, don't look at Gianni Million. Despite the final result, he rushed for 121 yards and one score.

The victory snapped Freedom Area's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record. As for Union Area, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.
