Basketball Recap: South Summit Snags Ninth Victory in Last Ten Games

South Summit had won two straight games and Logan Woolstenhulme did his part to make it three on Wednesday. The South Summit Wildcats came out on top against the Ogden Tigers by a score of 61-53 thanks in part to Woolstenhulme, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 14 rebounds. His evening made it 31 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Cole Reber, who posted nine points and eight boards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rebounds.

South Summit is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for Ogden, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.

Ogden is facing Ben Lomond at the right time seeing as Ben Lomond is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
