Sullivan had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cuba on Thursday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-13.

Sullivan can attribute much of their success to Ava Todd, who had 14 assists and seven digs.

Sullivan's victory bumped their record up to 18-9-4. As for Cuba, they moved to 19-8-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Sullivan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against St. Clair on the 27th. Cuba does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
