Basketball Game Preview: Ingleside Mustangs vs. Sinton Pirates

The Ingleside Mustangs will take on the Sinton Pirates at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Ingleside and Calhoun, and Calhoun kept the tradition alive. The Mustangs fell 36-31 to the Sandcrabs on Friday.

Meanwhile, Sinton came tearing into Friday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.6 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 47-34.

Ingleside has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-14 record this season. As for Sinton, their victory bumped their record up to 25-5.
