Baseball Recap: Anaheim Colonists vs. Savanna Rebels

Anaheim was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-4 to the Savanna Rebels. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, with their most recent loss being a 5-1 defeat on Tuesday.

Randy Rojas made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Tabita, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Anaheim's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Savanna, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Anaheim will venture away from home to square off against Los Amigos at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Savanna, they will head out to take on Santa Ana at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
