Soccer Recap: Anson Victorious

After failing to score in their last match, Anson made sure to put some goals up on the board against Piedmont Classical on Monday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Bobcats. Considering Anson's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Anson's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

Anson didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Mount Pleasant on the 10th. As for Piedmont Classical, they have also already played their next game, a 9-0 loss against Elkin on the 11th.
