Softball Recap: Chiloquin Takes a Loss

Chiloquin lost against Illinois Valley on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers/Queens came up short against the Cougars, falling 16-1. The matchup marked the Panthers/Queens' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Chiloquin is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4. As for Illinois Valley, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

Looking ahead, Chiloquin will venture away from home to challenge Lost River at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Illinois Valley, they will square off against Oakland at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Oakers will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight.
