A Season-Best Performance from Eric Cisneros Leads Palmer over Pottsboro

Eric Cisneros produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Palmer to the win on Friday. Cisneros rushed for 181 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 308 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt.

The victory was the third in a row for Palmer, bringing their record for this year to 5-2. Cisneros will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Whitesboro on Friday.

Humphrey Posts Huge Game in 55-34 Defeat

Cayden Humphrey's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fourth-straight game with 121+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 208 yards and two touchdowns.

Pottsboro moved to 7-1 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak. Humphrey and Pottsboro will look to defend their home field on Friday against A Plus Academy at 7:30 p.m.
