Kinston put another one in the bag  on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to the McKenzie Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up  a  71-19 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven  matchups by 23  points or more this season.
 Kinston found their leader in sophomore  Allyx Williamson, who  dropped  a double-double on 18  points and 12  boards. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lauren Norris, who  went 8 of 16 on her way to 17 points.
Kinston's victory was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 9-0. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 18.0 points per game. As for McKenzie,  they are  on  a  22-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
 Kinston won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Bethlehem  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Kinston's defense has only allowed 21.7  points per game  this season, so Bethlehem's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for McKenzie, they and Highland Home will face off  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
