Volleyball Recap: McDonough Takes a Loss + How To Watch

McDonough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jones County Greyhounds. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warhawks of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

McDonough's defeat dropped their record down to 4-23. As for Jones County, the victory got them back to even at 14-14.

Looking ahead, McDonough will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Heritage at 5:30 p.m. As for Jones County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Stockbridge on the 30th.
