Softball Recap: Wilson Christian Academy Chargers vs. Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots

Everything went their way against the Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots as the Wilson Christian Academy Chargers made off with a 14-4 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Wilson Christian Academy considering their one-run performance the game before.

Stevie Cressionne was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Cressionne has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. Cressionne was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
