Basketball Recap: Harvest Christian Academy Victorious

On Friday, the Harvest Christian Academy Saints beat the Nazarene Christian Academy Lions 62-52.

It was another big night for Zane Barnett, who posted 27 points. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Mason Ross, who had 14 points.

Carson Benoist and Aidan Adams certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Benoist earned 21 points, while Adams dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Alexander Neal was another key player, putting up eight points and ten boards.

Harvest Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Nazarene Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-12.

Harvest Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-32 loss against Victory Christian Academy on the 21st. As for Nazarene Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 53-44 defeat against Victory Baptist Academy on the 21st.
