Bassett is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since January 24th on Saturday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Sotomayor an easy 75-51 win. The Olympians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Perris in a 62-47 victory over Vista del Lago on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Perris' win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Bassett, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
