Norwich Free Academy had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Capital Prep Trailblazers. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Trailblazers, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Norwich Free Academy was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10, 25-9.

Alec Ferland paced Norwich Free Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Ferland really made an impact as he also led the team in assists with 15.

Norwich Free Academy pushed their record up to 10-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Capital Prep, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Coming up, Norwich Free Academy will welcome Farmington at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Capital Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
