Baseball Game Preview: Chickasha Fighting Chicks vs. Harrah Panthers

For the second straight game, Chickasha will face off against Harrah. The Fighting Chicks will welcome the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Monday just wasn't the day for Chickasha's offense. They fell just short of Harrah by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The Fighting Chicks have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

For Harrah's part, the result came thanks to Bryson Clifford's shutout, as he gave up just five hits. Clifford also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because the Panthers are undefeated when he allows at most three earned runs, but 6-7 otherwise.

At the plate, Harrah saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Freeman, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Chickasha's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-7. As for Harrah, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7.
