Volleyball Recap: McArthur Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hallandale on Tuesday, McArthur came back down to earth. The Mustangs fell just short of the Somerset Academy Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

McArthur took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The final score came out to 25-15, 21-25, 18-25, 25-21, 15-11.

McArthur's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Somerset Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

Coming up, McArthur will head out on the road to face off against South Broward at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Somerset Academy, they will host Cypress Bay at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
