Volleyball Recap: Hercules Comes Up Short

Hercules was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Saint Mary's Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 25-9.

Hercules' defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Saint Mary's, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-7.

Coming up, Hercules will challenge Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Saint Mary's, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against University on the 9th.
