Freedom has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. Neither they nor the Concord Bears could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Freedom's goal came courtesy of Giovanni Ayala, who's now up to three this season.

Freedom's draw makes their record 0-3-2 this season. As for Concord, they moved theirs to 3-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Freedom will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Northgate at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Concord will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Mt. Eden at 7:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Concord is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.
