Football Game Preview: Easton Area Rovers vs. Northampton Konkrete Kids + How To Watch

Easton Area has gone a perfect 7-0 against Northampton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Rovers will square off against the Konkrete Kids at 7:00 p.m. Easton Area is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Easton Area is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Stroudsburg: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Rovers blew the Mountaineers out of the water with a 62-0 final score. That looming 62-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Rovers yet this season.

A big part of Easton Area's victory came down to the chemistry between Cole Ordway and his top target Sean McPeek. Ordway threw for 231 yards and five TDs while completing 76.9% of his passes while McPeek picked up 136 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Those five passing touchdowns gave Ordway a new career-high.

Easton Area didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of McPeek and Andrew Biddle. McPeek got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northampton). They blew past Pocono Mountain West, posting a 54-0 win. The Konkrete Kids haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Easton Area's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Northampton, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Everything came up roses for Easton Area against Northampton in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-14 win. In that contest, the Rovers amassed a halftime lead of 28-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
