Softball Recap: Rolling Meadows Find Success

Rolling Meadows's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Maine East Blue Demons get on the board and left with a 13-0 win. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Blue Demons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Rolling Meadows let Ashlyn Ferguson and Caylee Del Boccio run wild. Ferguson went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs, while Del Boccio scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. That's the most runs Ferguson has posted since back in April of 2024. Taylor Brand was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one triple.

Rolling Meadows always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Maine East only posted an OBP of .158.
