Basketball Recap: Sharpstown Comes Up Short

Sharpstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 30th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Westbury Huskies, falling 63-13. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Apollos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 74-7 back in December of 2024.

Sharpstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Westbury, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Sharpstown has already played their next contest (against Austin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Westbury has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Galena Park.
