Basketball Recap: Diego Gonzalez Key Part of a Team Effort in Lobos Win

There's no place like home for Mountain View, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Clint Lions by a score of 58-49 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Lobos, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mountain View's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Diego Gonzalez led the charge by dropping a double-double on 15 points and 12 boards. The dominant performance gave Gonzalez a new career-high in rebounds. Omar Nevarez was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Mountain View's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Clint, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
