Basketball Recap: Make It Six in a Row for Cass Tech

Cass Tech won the last time they faced Pershing and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cass Tech Technicians came out on top against the Pershing Doughboys by a score of 61-53. Given the Technicians' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while the Doughboys are ranked 106th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win (which was Cass Tech's sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. As for Pershing, they moved to 6-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
