It's playoff time, and Bastrop had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victor by a 59-39 margin over the Cecilia Bulldogs on Thursday. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bastrop to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alana Myles, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Kayleah Wilson, who scored 19 points.

The win (which was Bastrop's third in a row) raised their record to 19-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points over those games. As for Cecilia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-13.

Looking ahead, Bastrop will square off against Minden at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Minden has insisted on making their last three contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests. Cecilia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
