Basketball Recap: Pipestone Takes a Loss

Pipestone was the 85-67 winner over Southwest Minnesota Christian when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Pipestone Arrows took a 73-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southwest Minnesota Christian Eagles on Thursday. The loss leaves the Arrows without a win on the season.

Pipestone's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pipestone won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Windom at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwest Minnesota Christian, they and Edgerton will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
