McClintock entered their tilt with Fairfax on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by an 11-3 margin over the Stampede. The Chargers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by eight runs or more this season.

RyenHope Cozakos made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off eight hits. Those hits were her first of the season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Arieana Sepulveda was a standout: she scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Tori Famoso was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

McClintock kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in four consecutive games.

McClintock's record is now 8-3. As for Fairfax, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.

McClintock has already played their next contest, a 22-2 victory against Central on the 7th. As for Fairfax, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-0 defeat against Ironwood on the 4th.
