He has become a key player for Cloverdale: the team is 6-2 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Another reason for the win was Cloverdale's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for nine sacks. T.J. Tytus Killion got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Sheridan against Clinton Prairie on Friday as the team secured a 42-12 win.

Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Cloverdale has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 191.8 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Sheridan struggles in that department as they've been averaging 248.3 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Cloverdale took a serious blow against Sheridan when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 42-14. Thankfully for the Clovers, Dayne Voege (who picked up 94 receiving yards and two TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
