Football Recap: Hernando Skates Past Seminole with Ease + How To Watch

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hernando). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Seminole Warhawks 71-0. The result was nothing new for the Leopards, who have now won three games by 33 points or more so far this season.

Michael Saltsman produced another solid performance throwing for 379 yards and seven touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushing for 61 yards and one TD. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (158.6). Antonio Brown did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 53 receiving yards.

The win (which was Hernando's fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.5 points on average over those games. As for Seminole, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Hernando has already played their next matchup, a 17-6 win against Weeki Wachee on the 24th. As for Seminole, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 42-0 loss against Northside Christian on the 23rd.
