Baseball Recap: Parkway North Comes Up Short

Parkway North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Ladue Horton Watkins Rams, falling 11-1. The Vikings were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Parkway North saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Marsh, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double marked the first that Marsh has hit this season.

Parkway North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Ladue Horton Watkins, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-10 record this season.

While Parkway North had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
