Avoca Central won against Hammondsport last Wednesday with 16 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over the Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Avoca Central pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.8 runs over those games. As for Bolivar-Richburg, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coming up, Avoca Central will take on Keshequa at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bolivar-Richburg, they will host Fillmore at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wolverines surely won't give up without a fight.
