Crescent Valley is 9-1 against Corvallis since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 10:00 a.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Saturday, Crescent Valley made easy work of North Eugene and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Crescent Valley won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-13, 25-23.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Corvallis, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over La Salle on Saturday.

Crescent Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 30-3-2 record this season. As for Corvallis, their win bumped their record up to 17-8.

Crescent Valley skirted past Corvallis 3-2 when the teams last played back in October. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
