Baseball Game Preview: Yukon Millers vs. Eisenhower Eagles

The Yukon Millers will venture away from home to face off against the Eisenhower Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Yukon's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so Eisenhower's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Yukon's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Saturday's struggle, when Edmond Santa Fe hitters got past them. The Millers came up short against the Wolves on Saturday, falling 13-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Millers have suffered since March 28th.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 15-9 to MacArthur.

This is the second loss in a row for Yukon and nudges their season record down to 19-13. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 7-22.
