Football Game Recap: Neshoba Central vs. Vicksburg

On Friday, Neshoba Central put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They blew past Vicksburg 68-42. Vicksburg can consider this payback for the 0-23 defeat they dealt Neshoba Central the last time the teams encountered one another.

Neshoba Central's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 34 points in the first half. Vicksburg countered with 12 points, leaving the score at 34-12 going into the half. The offense for Neshoba Central continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 34 points to put the game away. The victory bumped their record up to 6-1. The loss dropped Vicksburg's record to 1-4.

Next week Neshoba Central take on Canton at NESHOBA CENTRAL HS at 7:00 PM. As for Vicksburg, they will face off against Cleveland Central.
