South Mecklenburg extended their road winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Chloe Grant. The South Mecklenburg Sabres snuck past the Myers Park Mustangs with a 53-48 victory on Thursday thanks in part to Grant, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in field goal percentage (70%).

South Mecklenburg has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. Myers Park's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13.
