Volleyball Game Preview: Winnacunnet Warriors vs. Stark Generals

The Winnacunnet Warriors will head out on the road to challenge the Stark Generals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Winnacunnet has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 8th.

Winnacunnet is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Mascenic Regional, who was ranked 12th at the time (Winnacunnet was ranked 15th). The Warriors fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Stark came up short against Coe-Brown Academy on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Stark's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-8. As for Winnacunnet, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.

Winnacunnet suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Stark when the teams last played on Thursday. Can the Warriors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
