Basketball Recap: Neosho Wildcats vs. Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex
Neosho lost against Crooked Oak back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Neosho Wildcats received a blow as they fell 78-59 to the Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (58), the Wildcats still had to take the loss.
When it comes to explaining why Neosho lost, don't look at Kaiden Asberry. Despite the final result, he posted 21 points and five rebounds. Oliver Martin was another key player, putting up six points along with six assists and five boards.
Jamel Morris continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Crooked Oak, going 10 of 19 on his way to 25 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tre Martinez, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 14 points and three steals.
