Helix is a perfect 10-0 against El Cajon Valley since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. El Cajon Valley couldn't beat Mount Miguel on Wednesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the first inning. The Braves lost 17-7 to the Matadors.
El Cajon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Helix, their win bumped their record up to 12-5.
