Softball Game Preview: Ronan Chiefs vs. Browning Indians

The Ronan Chiefs will head out on the road to square off against the Browning Indians at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Ronan has three straight wins, Browning has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Ronan barely beat Libby the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Chiefs were the clear victors by an 18-8 margin over the Loggers on Tuesday. The Chiefs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Browning fell victim to Polson and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Pirates, falling 24-0.

Ronan's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Browning, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
