Basketball Recap: Meade Beats Severna Park for Their Fifth Straight Win

Severna Park came into Monday's contest looking for another win against Meade, but Keon Scott wouldn't allow it. The Meade Mustangs enjoyed a cozy 61-46 victory over the Severna Park Falcons on Monday thanks in part to Scott, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 20 points in addition to five assists and three steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last three games he's played.

Another player making a difference was Arouna Soumaoro, who posted seven points along with 12 rebounds and three blocks. Those 12 boards gave him a new career-high.
