Baseball Recap: Deering Rams vs. Westbrook Blue Blazes
Deering posted their closest win since May 18, 2024 on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over the Westbrook Blue Blazes. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Tavian Lauture was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched.
