Basketball Game Preview: Kennedy Crusaders vs. Solorio Sun Warriors

The Kennedy Crusaders will challenge the Solorio Sun Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

On Tuesday, Kennedy took a blow against Shepard, falling 78-37. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Solorio played a tough contest last Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Bowen and fell 115-37. The Sun Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-15.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Solorio, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Everything came up roses for Kennedy against Solorio when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 74-34 victory. Will Kennedy repeat their success, or does Solorio have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
