St. Charles North entered their tilt with Belvidere on Saturday with 13 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 14. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bucs.

Haley Burgdorf paced St. Charles North's offense, picking up eight kills. Burgdorf got some help from Brianna Dale and her nine assists. Burgdorf was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

St. Charles North's win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Belvidere, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Coming up, St. Charles North will venture away from home to face off against St. Charles East at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belvidere, they will square off against Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
