Basketball Recap: East Palestine Bulldogs vs. Leetonia Bears
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valley Christian, East Palestine was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Leetonia Bears by a score of 56-46. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bears, too.
East Palestine's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Owen Jurjavcic, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Landyn Cope was another key player, going 6 for 15 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds.
