Baseball Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington lost against Lafayette County last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Minutemen lost 26-1 to the Huskers. The Minutemen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lexington's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Lafayette County, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lexington will welcome Cameron at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lafayette County, they will challenge Oak Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
