Soccer Recap: Shrewsbury Comes Up Short

Shrewsbury lost against Framingham back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Colonials lost 6-0 to the Flyers. While losing is never fun, Shrewsbury can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 186th, while Framingham are ranked 12th).

Shrewsbury's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-5. As for Framingham, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0-6.

Looking ahead, Shrewsbury will face off against Grafton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Shrewsbury are facing Grafton at the right time seeing as Grafton are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Framingham, they will host Weymouth at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
