Soccer Recap: Richardson Takes a Loss

Richardson managed to keep up with Lake Highlands until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Richardson Eagles came up short against the Lake Highlands Wildcats, falling 4-0. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Richardson's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Lake Highlands, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

Coming up, Richardson will host MacArthur at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake Highlands, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Lake Highlands challenge Irving at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. They have been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 17 goals over their last three games.
