Softball Recap: Memphis Takes a Loss

Memphis fell victim to Clarendon and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 11-0 to the Broncos. The Cyclones' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Memphis' loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Clarendon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Memphis will welcome Quanah at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cyclones are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Clarendon, they have already played their next game, a 6-6 draw against Non Varsity Opponent on the 12th.
